Sales

Colin Lobsinger

Colin was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo. His interest in motorcycles was one that started at an early age. He rode and worked on bikes in his youth and eventually hit the street on his 16th birthday aboard a 500 Ninja. Ever since then it's been a mix of Track Days, Street Fun, Dirt Rides and everything in between.

His early life plan was to be an Automotive Technician however it wasn't long before he found himself behind the parts counter of a local motorcycle shop. Following that he spent 12 years working in different parts of the business which have provided a full spectrum of experience. To this day he claims working in the bike business is the happiest he's been in his professional life.
Chad Seip

Chad was first on a motorcycle in the 70's at age 4 on his Honda 50 crashing into snow banks. The passion never died. In the late 90's he met a young lad named Colin who showed him how to put his knee on the ground and the rest is history.

With 10 years as a marketing manager in an unrelated field he is now where he belongs handling the marketing and operations of the area's top motorcycle dealership since 2010.

Jose Tobon

Jose is a certified motorcycle technician at Apex Cycle with over 15 years of experience in the field. His father, a well known motorcycle technician in Pereira Colombia, handed down his passion for motorcycles to Jose at a young age as he helped out at the shop. Prior to turning 17, Jose was employed at a Suzuki dealership as a motorcycle technician in Colombia and by age 21, he arrived in the Connecticut, USA and found a job as a motorcycle technician in at Stamford Motorsports where he worked for nearly five years. Once in Canada, Jose, again found a position as a technician at TwoWheel Motorsport in Guelph, ON where he worked for almost six years. Always looking for a challenge, Jose is now proud to be part of the service team at Apex Cycle.

Jose enjoys sharing time with family & friends as well as riding his motorcycle. With only seven year in Canada Jose has been able to ride to the west through Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta to British Columbia. And to the east trough Ontario and Quebec to New Brunswick. He is looking forward to see much more of Canada in the years to come.
Anthony Petti

Anthony is an avid motorcyclist. He has been street riding for 17 years, off-road and vintage road racing the last 4 years. His passion for motorcycles eventually led him to give up a desk for bike lift. When he's not at the shop you can find him spending time with his kids, at the track or daydreaming about an adventure ride.

Fixed Operations

Geoff Hook

Since the moment Geoff saw his first 500GP race (the Belgian GP on TSN in 1989) motorcycles have played a big role in his life. After a few years of street riding, he decided to attend Fast Riding School. He enjoyed it so much he signed up for the Fast Riding School Championship in 1994. As well as racing sportbikes competitively and attending track days, Geoff has satisfied his urge for speed in Karting and Minimoto racing.

He started in the motorcycle industry in 1995 as an apprentice technician under Apex’s own David Heipel. At that same shop, Geoff first worked with Colin and met Chad as well. He became a licenced technician in ’98 and since has worked at a variety of shops in the industry as both a technician and service manager. Geoff started at Apex in early 2013 and is enjoying his new position in licensing/sales support. .
